COMMUNITY ACADEMY

The Eagan Community Foundation is launching a new Community Academy this fall—an opportunity for residents, business leaders, and community partners to come together, build connections, and deepen their understanding of the issues shaping our community.

Running from mid-September through mid-November, this cohort-based experience will bring together a small group of participants for weekly sessions focused on community trends, local challenges, and opportunities to strengthen neighborliness across Eagan. Participants will hear from local leaders, explore topics like housing, economic shifts, and community identity, and collaborate on small “final projects” designed to bring people together in meaningful ways.

The Community Academy is designed to spark connection, inspire local leadership, and help participants play an active role in shaping a more connected, welcoming Eagan.
