How To Apply

The 2018 application should open in early January. Please check back here in mid-November for details.

The Eagan Foundation awards scholarships to graduating high school seniors living in Eagan or attending a high school in Eagan. Scholarships are awarded based on criteria determined by the scholarship donor such as academic merit, financial need and other requirements. You may read the most current 2017 Scholarship Descriptions to learn about scholarship donors, scholarship amounts and selection criteria. For 2017, there are about 110 scholarships totaling over $100,000. Simply fill out one application to be considered for all of the scholarships for which you are eligible. A special thank you to our many generous scholarship donors who represent a wide spectrum of individuals, local businesses, organizations, schools and athletic associations and the Eagan Foundation. Scholarships based on financial need will require that you submit your Expected Family Contribution (EFC) reported on the front page of your Student Aid Report (SAR). After you submit your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) you will receive a SAR. To qualify for any financial need scholarships a copy of the SAR must be submitted.  Be sure and file your FAFSA by the scholarship deadline!  For more information about your SAR and FAFSA please click on this link: http://studentaid.ed.gov/fafsa/next-steps/student-aid-report
