Eagan Foundation scholarships are granted to high school seniors graduating in 2011 who either live in Eagan or are
graduating from Eagan High School. Selection is through a blind evaluation process. Considerations include: financial need
(unless stated otherwise), academic achievement, co-curricular and community involvement, and proficiency on a written essay.
